The Continental OnePass is a frequent flyer program developed by Continental Airlines and the former Eastern Airlines in June 1987. Today, OnePass also includes over seventy partner airlines. There are several different membership levels and ways to earn points. Essentially, OnePass is a loyalty program that provides discounts for frequent flyers.
Travelers can earn miles with OnePass, and redeem them at over 500 travel destinations worldwide. Pass holders qualify for special bonuses and offers. Continental Airlines works with partners worldwide to extend these rewards to loyal customers.
OnePass offers complimentary upgrades and special rewards. Also included are other benefits, such as priority check-in, boarding, and baggage handling, as well as speedier security screening. Continental OnePass has three tiers: Silver, Gold and Platinum. Each successive tier increases benefits and rewards. All three provide instant upgrades for selected, full-fare tickets. The gold and platinum tiers incorporate instant upgrades for all other fares. The gold and platinum levels also include companion upgrades when space is available, as well as lounge access for international travel.
OnePass Elite members enjoy automatic enrollment in the Star Alliance Gold or Silver program. Members enjoy worldwide recognition by Star Alliance member airlines, redeemable at over 900 destinations.
