JetBlue TrueBlueTrueBlue is JetBlue's reward program. Joining the program offers the chance to earn award travel, access special features on jetblue.com, and be the first to hear about deals and specials from JetBlue.
TrueBlue is strictly an online loyalty program. Enrollment is free and easy. Eliminating offline costs allows the program to offer its members more rewards and keeps costs down for the rest of the customers as well. There are no paper statements to file or a membership card to loose. All that is needed is a valid email address.
Points can be earned by purchasing a JetBlue airline ticket. Sign into your TrueBlue account before buying tickets or enter your membership number at the end of an order when asked. Points are earned based on the base fare of the ticket, less taxes and fees. For every dollar spent, 3 points are earned. If you book your flight online, 3 more points per dollar are added, for a total of 6 points per dollar. Points are also earned when you use a JetBlue Card from American Express.
To redeem points for award travel simply log into your TrueBlue account and click "book travel". One way trips are as little as 5,000 points. Roundtrip flights start at just 10,000 points.
